Bluetooth was very basic, worse than i have had on much older units. For instructions i was directed to a cloud site that i had to register with and then found that the instructions were merely a scanned pdf file, with some sections of pages missing as well :-(.

  The unit is a standard "Double DIN" size which fits most cars including (I believe) the Astra H. You'll need a fascia adaptor such as: http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/VAUXHALL-ASTRA-H-Double-DIN-Facia-Fitting-Kit-CT23VX04A-/260418036918 to attach the unit to your car and fill the surrounding space on the dashboard. The unit seemed to be slightly larger than a regular Double DIN around the buttons at the front, but you can solve this by trimming/filing down the plastic on the fascia adapter, which I had to do for my car. It works with steering wheel controls (SWC) but you may need a wiring adapter to connect the SWC wires on the head unit to the wires in the car.
