However, I had to call TomTom about this as I was constantly getting offers to buy map update packages. It seems to be something wrong from their side, When I called them, they sorted it and all is fine now.
• I have Tom Tom Rider V2 will my original bike mount work with the V5 device so it will save me having to change mounts with my differant bikes.
  No you will find there are more pins protruding on the v5 so I would not use the old v2 mount.
• Is the charging mount robust enough to last? My previous rider v2 mounts have all failed.
