Disappointed with garmin nuvi 1370. Bought the garmin nuvi 1370 on 18th april 2012 in preparation for a holiday in florida as the device comes with north america and european mapping included. The north america map updated ok after about 3 hours but the european map which took another 4 hours to download would not function and gave the error message 'cant unlock maps'. Made 4 calls to garmin support, each time i got a message stating 'we are experiencing a high volume of calls at present and all our support staff are busy at present' the problem could not be resolved and the uk support team have referred the issue to the garmin usa team for further investigation. A resolution to the issue is awaited.
