Bought it just right before xmas, only just equipped it right after all this time selling price good extremely very good quality item, incredibly pleased withthe procedure.
Ofcourse this isn't the most great or the greatest cd/mp3/dvd/ipod/radio/navigator in the market,but truly good device compared to the selling price. Hello, i rarely write bad reviews, but since this dealer cant help me out i am forced to. The problem:my navigation software on the sd card been working for time to time, saying it "cant find software" and then i have to restart the unit a few times, to make it work, and some times it wont work at all. I then tryed to contact the costumer service, and kldeals (the dealer) email me back telling me to formate the sd card, and install the igo maps, wich is what the navigation is called, the link they give me is:[. ]this all seems to be good guidance, but the problem is that i extract the file, and it wont work at all on the radio unit.
I then contact the dealer again, telling them to give me a guide in how to install it, since i tryed everythink. Then they just link me a new link:[. ]i tryed the same on this link. And it still dosnt work on the unit.
