I read a the reviews before i purchased this. I felt comfortable enough with the price and the quality everyone raved about. The user's manual was ridiculous.

It just shows you what each icon is, i. E compass icon is the navigation. I don't know if the working interface wasn't downloaded on my particular unit or if the software had malware in it but the navigation couldn't even find terminal three heathrow airport. The screen was so hard to see that if you were trying to use it during the daytime you'd probably end up in an accident of you needed to actually look at the screen. The icons were really hard to press, now i read a review that mentioned this and thought i'm ok with that, well this was beyond that i'd press the icon and nothing then harder and still nothing i left my finger pressed on it nothing. Very dissatisfied and disappointed. There are apparently all these other great things the unit issupposed to do well, nothing is in the users manuel about them.I couldn't even figure out how to get it to google search (since it said it was an option to find a place) or connect to my internet or wifi because it couldn't find a signal to connect.
